Hit the High Sea

Nothing compares to a life lived on the ocean. The sound of the waves and the smell of the air call to many. The wealthy gather around yachts and beautiful coastal settings. They know there is something meaningful when man conquers the sea. The richest real estate has a marina. Expensive water front restaurants have a view of boats. How many have imagined the lifestyle of a ship captain free to pick up and sail around the world?

Boat transportation connects people to something primal. Historically, when humans set out to explore the world, they had to travel by boat. Mankind had to overcome their fear of the unknown lurking beneath the surface of the water to discover new frontiers. The further a boat could travel the further man could come. Today, air travel may be faster, but to really arrive, pull into dock with a multi-million dollar yacht. Boat transportation will never fade away.

Average people yearn for life on a boat. Cruise ships, fishing expeditions, renting house boats are all ways those who cannot afford to own a boat can vacation in style. Boat transportation is essential to imports and exports between nations. Without a strong Navy, a country is not considered a super power. Anyone can own a car, but only a select group own boats. Boat transportation is the only way to truly travel.
